I've been working out with trainers off and on for over 20 years. Tyler is by far the very best. He is smart, patient, funny and has given me a sustainable lifestyle change that I will carry with me for the rest of my life! If it wasn't for Tyler explaining how flexible dieting works I would have never got to where I wanted. He is a damn billboard for his own theory and it clearly worked for him so I had no reason to second guess or doubt it. I just hit the ground running. It's a very easy concept actually. But once Tyler's methods are embeded in peoples heads that they don't have to stop eating their favorite foods to look amazing and achieve amazing results, his methods simply itself. I went through numerous trainers at my local gym and he was by far the best one I had. He was the best for 3 simple reasons: He truly cares, he holds you accountable, and he has a dieting method that i think we all would prefer to use over ANY others. His methods work. Him being my coach and trainer soon became a friendship. His girlfriend is just as amazing when it comes to sharing the same passion as Tyler in the fitness industry and I can't see anyone having anything to lose by trying out his programming. Teaches you the fundamentals of how to eat properly with numbers and macros, workouts that actually work, the whole nine yards! Tyler will keep you motivated and if you follow what he tells you IT WORKS! Did I say that yet!?

If you're ready to put the effort in, he will get you there! He's going to do more than you need, more so than most couches would these days. I'm at the lightest I've been in over a decade and am starting to see striations in my shoulder which I have never seen. I haven't even had a striation in my body before now! Tyler is the real deal.
Where Tyler has brought me has been life changing for me the past year. This is so easy to fit into your lifestyle. It's flexible and you're not SOL if you fall off briefly. You need to call Tyler, you need to call him right now!
My confidence has increased, I feel a lot more comfortable with how I look, and I've now realized I am able to maintain a body that I am happy with. I was expecting to make some slight changes, maybe eat some more calories and lose some body fat, but I literally had a complete physique transformation. He personally made my life a lot easier.

My life before coaching consisted of just lifting, not dieting very much. The results I achieved during my time with Tyler were weight loss, inches, and on a mental note I gained a lot of confidence! I lost about 8 pounds, and ultimately lost a good amount of body fat that I wanted to lose.
I would Recommend you to people because you knows what you’re talking about and are very helpful/knowledgeable. You are very individualized, and would answer any questions that I had at any time. Not everyone would do this part especially with other Online Coaches.
I hate using the word, but it's the only word that fits. I simply needed more 'Drive' before working with Tyler. All around, I feel better now than I ever did before! The extra energy I have is amazing. Definitely glad I was willing to try something new. Always so encouraging, knowledgeable, fun, the private Facebook group dynamic was a fantastic idea for daily motivation and interaction. With you as my leader I felt like I could not fail. You inspired me to do better and work harder! Lost 10 pounds so far, down an astounding 5.5 inches, and what I was most amazed at, is I'm down from 26% to 21% body fat at age 31 and I'm so not done yet!! What I can also do now that I never have before is RUN! Never thought I would run. All in all, choose Tyler. He will not steer you wrong!

Let me tell you, I was 100% new to HIIT style workouts, as well as creating a proper diet. Tyler worked with me to make sure I'm eating right and not missing out on vital nutrients, the best part I'm not starving myself and no restrictions. As for the work outs, you will push yourself, you will find new limits and if you work hard you WILL get the results. I've noticed more change in 1 month than I have previously in 4 months of having been working out. The results are no joke. If you want to make one of the biggest changes of your life Tyler is your go to guy. Worth it 110%. If you commit you will get results. I haven't stopped the program and i am down another 14 pounds.

I am proud of how far I have come, however I see such a difference in my shoulder, my right shoulder tends to be much higher than my left.
