Logical-Lifting One on One
I decided to part ways with personal training early in my career because I knew there had to be a better way to share my extensive array of knowledge with more of the world. Personal training did that on a smaller scale as I was able to train individuals one on one, hour by hour within my facility, but there are only so many hours in a day. Also, seeing my clients on average three times per week for approximately an hour per day just wasn't enough for me. I am here to change lives and frequent accountability is a must. So I didn't hesitate to run with my idea of creating customized online training platforms covering every aspect of training needed such as form correction, training execution, daily accountability, dietary updates, and health restrictions just to name a few.
